Dayhunter is submitted!

Well, my novella, Dayhunter, is off to be weighed and measured. Final tally: 24 days, 28 K words, 2 edits, synopsis (re-written twice), cover letter (yep, second try on that one, too).

I'm a little tuckered out, but I've been productive in the way I always thought I could be. I've been working full time during this whole time, written and posted stuff on all my websites, and actually found a way to build up a surplus of flash fiction for NBNS. I've been in "death blossom" mode, basically (Last Starfighter reference), firing in all directions at once. It's neat when you can do it, but it's not a sustainable phenomenon.

Anyway, it's been a great month, but I'm glad the weight is off my shoulders. I just hope that the novella is accepted. That would be sweet. I hope you are all doing well. I'll keep you posted with all the gory details of my success/failure. Peace.
