Minor Accomplishments

Well, here we are in the new year.

Kelly, if you're there, I have been working on the King Snake project, though not with the rampant and immoderate vigor that one may wish for. This and worse will never do, so I will hope for better.

I did finish a story called "The Man in the Long Black Coat" recently, and it'll be submitted soon. I'll keep you up on the success or failure of that little project.

I've been listening to a lot of audiobooks lately. One of the Christmas bounties I was able to secure was a pack of 9 DVDs worth of mp3 audiobooks from audiobooksforfree.com. Pretty awesome. I've listened to "She" by H. Rider Haggard, "Sea Wolf" by Jack London, and "The Lair of the White Worm" by Bram Stoker thus far. Of these, "Sea Wolf" was the best, with "Lair..." as the worst...a strange story, truly. Anyway, that's been fun.

Well, that's just about it from this end. Hope you are all faring well in aught seven.

Kelly,

Much more entertaining than fungus, I think. Cybernagging noted.

MB,

The link is workable this time. That's pretty funny, but also not so far off. I usually let my characters have their way, within reason. This, up to this point, has never yielded a pet pig.

Thanks for coming by!
